DCCD is the first integrated engineering consulting firm in the Philippines to be awarded an ISO 9001 Certification. Our ISO 9001 Certification was granted by Certification International, an ISO certification body duly accredited by the Bureau of Product Standards of the Department of Trade and Industry.

The continuous maintenance of DCCD’s quality system is assured by the improvement visits and surveillance audits of Certification International.

DCCD has put to work its vast array of skills and expertise to bring forth a new era in engineering consultancy services. With its commitment to progress and national growth, DCCD has contributed development-oriented projects to the government's drive to national development.

Through its successful participation in the government's infrastructure development program for more than 4 decades, DCCD has established a reputable name in the industry. As such, DCCD has been accredited by:
