Organization

DCCD Engineering Corporation offers an integrated package of engineering consultancy services. Its technical expertise is organized in terms of the following technical divisions, each of which is under the overall direction and responsibility of a Chief Engineer.

• Environmental Engineering
• SEMP
- Structural Engineering
- Electrical Engineering
- Mechanical Engineering
- Plumbing

Execution of a project with respect to coordination, schedules and client definitive requirements, is the responsibility of a designated Project Manager. Team members for a project are divided by the technical divisions as necessary. Where a project requires several alternative solutions, the most feasible design concept is selected.

This and the corresponding detailed designs are subsequently reviewed by a Technical Board of Review consisting of the firm's most experienced consultants and Senior Engineers. Normally therefore, and at the project execution level, the DCCD organization takes a matrix form. However, for special projects, a Task Force shall be created composed of full-time technical experts under full supervision of the Project Manager.
