From left to right : PACIFIC STAR BUILDING, a 28-storey edifice complemented by a 5-storey low rise podium that has 50,000 square meters of office spaces for lease; FEBTC BUILDING, a 29-storey reinforced concrete structure with a six-level basement for parking and a total floor area of 64,000 square meters; PETRON MEGA PLAZA, a 45-storey office building with a five-level basement that has an air-conditioning system which uses water-cooled packaged air-conditioning units with a total capacity of 2,700 tons of refrigeration.

Air Liquide Philippines - New CO2 Plant
Air Liquide Philippines - New CO2 Plant consists of four major processing units: recuperation, liquefaction, dry ice fabrication and storages/distribution/cylinder refilling. Support facilities for the new plant include the cooling system, power system utilities, access area and light structure.
DCCD ENGAGEMENT: Detailed engineering design for the plant’s civil engineering aspects: layout, soil investigation, drainage, building and equipment foundations, steel structures; process piping, plumbing, water system, fire protection system coupled with the plant’s electrical engineering and instrumentation design components; project management services such as purchasing assistance, transportation and administration
Alabang Town Center
Alabang Town Center, located along the Alabang-Zapote Road in Muntinlupa City, is an upscale commercial mall developed by Ayala Land, Inc. The mall houses retail stores, restaurants, cinemas, the Makati Supermarket and the Rustan’s Department Store. Centerpieces of the Alabang Town Center are the open plaza and the Corte de las Palmas, which serve as activity centers.

Aspen Tower, a 24-storey residential condominium building located inside the Filinvest Corporate City in Muntinlupa City, caters to the middle and upper middle-income market. Directly across the street from another DCCD project – the Filinvest Festival Mall – the Aspen Tower is perfect for its residents who can easily avail of the facilities of the mall.

Ateneo Professional Schools
Ateneo Professional Schools in Salcedo Village, Makati City is a six-storey building with a total floor area of 6,500 square meters. It was designed to house the Ateneo Information Technology Institute, Bankers Association of the Philippines and Ateneo Graduate School of Business. Likewise, the building serves some of the school’s affiliate companies. It also houses the US-Philippines on-line testing center for TOEFL, GMAT, USMLE, GRE, GED and ICMA.

Ayala Center Cebu
Ayala Center Cebu, located in the plush Ayala Cebu Business Park, is the first upscale commercial mall in the city. Developed by Cebu Holdings, Inc., an Ayala Corporation affiliate, the mall includes retail stores, restaurants, cinemas, kiosks and a large anchor tenant, the Gaisano Metro Cebu.
DCCD ENGAGEMENT: Mechanical and electrical engineering design for Ayala Center and underground power distribution design for the Ayala Cebu Business Park.
Ayala Oakwood Premier Apartments
Ayala Oakwood Premier Apartments, located on top of the Glorietta 4 Mall in the Ayala Center Makati, towers 25 storeys high over the five-storey mall. It is a twin-tower development of Ayala Land, Inc.

California Manufacturing Corporation Salad Dressing Plant
California Manufacturing Corporation Salad Dressing Plant is a modern manufacturing plant inside a 10-hectare prime property at Gateway Business Park in Gen. Trias, Cavite. It centralizes production of its salad dressing and relish food products.
DCCD ENGAGEMENT: Complete detailed engineering design and documentation for the plant’s four buildings and support structures, including relevant site development works such as site grading, roads and parking, site utilities/yard piping (water, sewer, process waste, drainage, power, telecommunications, steam and fuel systems, compressed air chilled water, vinegar, oil, etc.)
De La Salle University - Angelo King International Center
De La Salle University - Angelo King International Center, a 12-storey educational center, has a floor area of 19,500 square meters. It houses one of the country’s finest facilities for students pursuing a Hotel and Restaurant Management degree. The center includes various kitchen laboratories and computer networks from the ground to the 9th floor and also a fine dining area at the ground floor. From the 10th to the 12th floor, the center has 49 guestrooms, conference halls, cafeteria, travel agencies, transport services, business offices and meeting rooms for in-house guests.

De La Salle University (DLSU) - E. Yuchengco Central Administration Building
DE LA SALLE UNIVERSITY (DLSU) - E. YUCHENGCO CENTRAL ADMINISTRATION BUILDING is a 9-storey building inside the main campus at Taft Avenue, Manila. With a total floor area of about 16,500 square meters, the building features a 1,200 seat state-of-the-art auditorium/theater for students' stage plays. It has a promenade/launch area for students, a research center, classrooms, lecture rooms, laboratory rooms, and an exhibit hall. It is also equipped with a fire alarm, sprinkler system, standby generator set, and modern elevators.
Likewise, DCCD completed a 10-storey DLSU PE Sports and Carpark Building in Malate, Manila. It has an Olympic-sized swimming pool, basketball and multi-purpose court, and parking spaces.

Edward Keller South Project
Edward Keller South Project is a food processing facility in Carmelray Industrial Park I in Canlubang, Laguna.
With a lot area of 2.3 hectares and total floor area of 22,000 square meters, the facility also contains warehouses, offices, laboratories and engineering/maintenance building.
The total construction cost, excluding production equipment, is P 260 Million.

Electronic Assemblies, Inc. (EAI) Plant
EAI (Electronic Assemblies, Inc.) Plant is a three-storey building in Laguna Technopark located at Sta. Rosa, Laguna that is used for printed circuit board assembly. With a gross building area of approximately 12,800 square meters, the building includes production areas, offices, warehouse, cafeteria, lockers, change rooms, guard house, utility and plant rooms and amenities.
DCCD ENGAGEMENT: Detailed electrical and mechanical engineering design including process piping, air conditioning system, electrical and power distribution system, and clean power supply for electronic assembly equipment
Eugenio Lopez, Jr. Communication Center (ELJCC)
Eugenio Lopez, Jr. Communication Center (ELJCC) is inside the ABS-CBN Broadcasting Corporation complex located at Mother Ignacia and Scout Albano Streets in Quezon City. The Center is a 15-storey building and three basement-level parking areas. The Ground Floor level is a retail area, 2nd to 4th are studios and technical floors, 5th to 12th are corporate offices while 13th to 15th are the executive offices.
DCCD ENGAGEMENT: MEP engineering design review and MEP fit-out engineering design works.
Filinvest Festival Mall
Filinvest Festival Mall, owned and developed by Filinvest Alabang, Inc., is located along the Alabang-Zapote Road. The mall has retail stores, restaurants, cinemas, hardware stores, a warehouse club and entertainment centers.

Greenbelt Redevelopment Project
Greenbelt Redevelopment Project is broken down into four (4) phases. Phase 1A is a mixed-use retail and residential building along Esperanza Street. The residential component consists of townhouse dwellings located on the fourth floor deck of the building. Phases 2 and 3 are two 4-storey retail buildings encompassing Esperanza Street and Makati Avenue, joined by a bridgeway.
The retail component is envisioned as an entertainment center with restaurants and cafés facing a fully renovated park stretching to the existing chapel at the back. Phase 3 is the new and larger Ayala Museum at the corner of Makati Avenue and Legaspi Street.

Integrated Microelectronics Incorporated (IMI) Plant
IMI (Integrated Microelectronics Incorporated) Plant building is used as assembly and production plant for electronic equipment. The systems adopted by DCCD are not common in conventional industrial plants. One of the latest applications is the use of machine-fabricated ducts used in ductwork in the clean rooms of the production areas. One of the advantages of these ducts is that they can be installed faster. They can also withstand higher air pressure and tolerate lesser air leakage.
