Ayala Duana Property Hydrology & Drainage Study



Ayala Duana Property Hydrology & Drainage Study involves the development of a 42-hectare raw land called the Duana property in Dasmariñas, Cavite.

DCCD ENGAGEMENT: Conduct of a drainage and flood control study of the project area, evaluation of potential flooding and drainage characteristics of the immediate vicinity and recommendation of appropriate drainage and flood mitigation measures




NWRB Improvement of National Network
for Streamflow Monitoring




The National Water Resources Board (NWRB) leads in the overall coordination of water information and data collection to make the development and management of water resources more effective. The NWRB thrust is a component of the World Bank-funded Philippine Water Resources Development Project (WRDP). One of its major activities is the improvement of the three primary networks of water data collection - surface water or streamflow, ground water, and water quality.

DCCD ENGAGEMENT: In collaboration with an expatriate hydrologist, consulting services relating to the formulation of policy guidelines for data collection, design of the national hydrometric primary network, development of the streamflow database and formulation of the hydrometric improvement plan.




Project 1000 Engineering Studies



Project 1000 Engineering Studies in Imus and Dasmariñas, Cavite were made for the Great Jubilee Development Corporation, now One Asia Development Corporation. It involved the development of 1,250 hectares of land into a “New City,” with low to medium-density residential development bordering a light industry park and accessible to institutional and community centers.

DCCD ENGAGEMENT: Preliminary engineering studies to cover water resources and water supply; drainage, flood control and sewerage systems




Sta. Clara Estate Hydrology and Drainage Study



Sta. Clara Estate Hydrology and Drainage Study involves the development of RCBC's 11-hectare property to Guiguinto, Bulacan into a residential subdivision. The existing property is partially developed with roads, water supply and drainage systems.

DCCD ENGAGEMENT: Review and evaluation of the existing utility and infrastructure such as roads, fence of the partially completed subdivision as well as the detailed engineering design of the water and combined drainage systems
