Antel Grand Village

The ANTEL GRAND VILLAGE is a 90-hectare land development project in General Trias, Cavite owned by Antel Holdings, Inc. It is bounded by two main rivers on the east and west and is predominantly flat terrain. It is the first of three phases envisioned to be medium-end residential development serving the growing demand of the middle class market. It will have a compliment of commercial development to support the needs of the future residential community. Its two main roads will eventually be connected to the city proper of General Trias.
DCCD ENGAGEMENT: Engineering review and alignment study of main access to the development; preliminary and detailed engineering designs of the site grading, slope protection, road works, water supply system, drainage system, power distribution system, and bridges.
Ayala Lahug Business Park

Ayala Lahug Business Park, otherwise known as the Cebu Civic and Trade Center, is a joint venture between the City Government of Cebu and Cebu Holdings, Inc., an Ayala Corporation subsidiary. The project involves the development of the 40-hectare former Lahug Airport into a high-value commercial business district, offering commercial lots where companies operating in the region can build offices. Located just a kilometer away from the successful Ayala Center Cebu, this project manifests Ayala’s commitment to the development of Cebu as a major center for trade and commerce in the Visayas.
DCCD ENGAGEMENT: Working under Makati Development Corporation, engineering consultancy for the design of a 6,000 cum/day capacity Wastewater Treatment Plant to serve the entire center including design of the sewer system. The wastewater treatment plant is to be constructed in three phases, depending on the rate of building construction, and its initial Phase 1 capacity is 1,500 cum/day. Also, detailed design of the site development and site utilities which include water supply, storm drainage, underground power supply, telecommunication and security and fire alarm systems
Filinvest Corporate City

Filinvest Corporate City in Alabang, Muntinlupa City is designed to provide an urban center that satisfies Filinvest’s concern for economic viability and social responsibility. Covering 244 hectares, it is located 16 km south of Manila and is adjacent to the South Luzon expressway and to an already developed residential area.
DCCD ENGAGEMENT: Preparation of detailed engineering designs of the following: roads, pavements, and below surface utilities, drainage system, water distribution system, sewerage collection and treatment/discharge, and environmental impact assessment. DCCD provided advisory services during the construction stage.
Fort Bonifacio Land Development

Fort Bonifacio Land Development is a 214-hectare development in Taguig, Rizal, which is north of the American Monument and bounded by the whole stretch of Lawton Road and the road connecting Lawton and the proposed Commando Interchange at C-5 Road. It is being developed into a Central Business District (CBD) with a large commercial complex consisting of high and low-rise buildings for office, hotel, school, residential and retail end-users.

Kawayan Cove Resort

Kawayan Cove Resort is an upscale private residential subdivision in Nasugbu, Batangas, a two-hour scenic drive from Manila via the Cavite Coastal Road or the Southern Luzon Expressway to the Tagaytay-Nasugbu National Highway.

The Cebu Light Industrial Park covers a 65-hectare prime property in Mactan Island. Landco Punta Fuego 2 Residential Resort in Nasugbu, Batangas transformed 80 hectares of land with a panoramic view of China Sea into a residential resort community offering world-class comfort. Amenities include a hotel, sports facilities, pocket parks, multiple family dwellings and beach resort.
DCCD ENGAGEMENT: Preliminary and complete detailed engineering designs for 43 hectares, including site grading and slope protection, roads and parking, water resource and potable water supply systems, storm drainage system, off-site main drainage outfall, wastewater collection system, electrical power supply and distribution system, telecommunication and CATV systems.
Lakeshore Project

Lakeshore Project in Mexico, Pampanga was done for the Central Country Estate. It wanted to develop its 250-hectare property into residential subdivision areas, commercial spaces, business park and recreation park featuring a 12-hectare man-made lake.

Light Industry and Science Parks (LISP)

Light Industry and Science Parks (LISP) in Cabuyao and Calamba, Laguna and in Sto. Tomas, Batangas were developed by the Science Park of the Philippines. These are efficiently planned industrial parks with state-of-the-art facilities and amenities located in the CALABARZON.
DCCD engagement:
• (For LISP Cabuyao’s phased development of 76 hectares) Subdivision planning and detailed engineering design of an integrated industrial estate for firms in technology-related industries;
• (For LISP Calamba’s 65 hectares and LISP Sto. MACEA Pedestrianization Project

MACEA Pedestrianization Project is a system of pedestrian access, which includes underpass road crossings across Ayala Avenue and Paseo de Roxas, and elevated and on-grade covered walkways along main thoroughfares of Legaspi and Salcedo Villages. This helps reduce vehicular traffic and pollution. The latest addition is the underpass road crossing Ayala Avenue at the Salcedo St. intersection.

PNOC – Petrochemical Industrial Estate

PNOC – Petrochemical Industrial Estate is a P5 billion project for Phase 2 of the overall development of the 550-hectare petrochemical industrial estate of the Philippine National Oil Company – Petrochemical Development Corporation (PPDC). Phase 2 was developed to accommodate more locators.
DCCD ENGAGEMENT: In association with Dames & Moore as master planner, preliminary and detailed engineering design of the following: site grading, road network, sewer and drainage systems, water distribution system, electrical distribution system, freshwater treatment plant, and marine facilities composed of a wharf and new feedstock pier; also, architectural and engineering design of several buildings including the administration, cafeteria, pier operations and a fire station

THE ENCLAVE AT GREENMEADOWS involves the development of RCBC's 6,160 square meters property near Greenmeadows subdivision into an upscale residential enclave complete with support site infrastructure and utilities. The luxurious and secured townhouse community has an average lot size of 100 square meters.
DCCD ENGAGEMENT:Detailed structural, mechanical, electrical and sanitary engineering design, and land development works including site grading, road works, drainage, water supply and distribution.
Hermosa Ecozone Development Project

Hermosa Ecozone Development Project, an undertaking of the Hermosa Ecozone Development Corporation, is a 398-hectare mixed-use land development which includes residential, business, commercial, industrial and golf estates. It is envisioned to be a world-class, environment-friendly estate with first-class facilities and amenities.
Located at Hermosa, Bataan, the Industrial Estate will accommodate light to medium industries. The Residential Estate will be used for socialized housing and housing for employees and executives of the Ecozone. The Commercial and Business area will be used by banks and other establishments that will provide support services. The Golf Estate will feature an 18-hole championship course (expandable to 27/36 holes) plus a first-class country clubhouse.
