DCCD has put to work its vast array of skills and expertise to bring forth a new era in engineering services. With its commitment to progress and national growth, DCCD has contributed development-oriented projects to the government’s drive to national development. With this, DCCD has been carrying out Multi-Disciplinary Engineering Services since 1973.
Through its successful participation in the government’s infrastructure development program for more than five (5) decades, DCCD has established a reputable name in the industry. As such, DCCD has been accredited by the World Bank (WB), Asian Development Bank (ADB), United States Agency for International Development (USAID) and Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA).
Towards the long range objective of servicing projects outside the Philippines in line with the government’s vision thru the Philippine Service’s Coalitions, DCCD is involved in overseas projects and is registered with the Board of Investments (BOI) and Philippine Overseas Construction Board (POCB) as a Service Exporter and Foreign Exchange Earner.
