Our Organization

DCCD Engineering Corporation offers an integrated package of engineering services. Its technical expertise is organized in terms of the following technical divisions, each of which is under the overall direction and responsibility of a Vice President/Chief Engineer.
Execution of a project with respect to coordination, schedules and client definitive requirements is the responsibility of a designated Project Manager. Team members for a project are divided by the technical divisions as necessary. Where projects require several alternative solutions, the most feasible design concept is selected. This and the corresponding detailed design are subsequently reviewed by a Technical Review Board consisting of the firm’s most experienced consultants and Senior Engineers. Normally therefore, and at the project execution level, the DCCD organization takes a matrix form. However, for special projects, a Task Force is created composed of full time technical experts under the full supervision of the Project Manager.
