DCCD provided the detailed design of the structural, mechanical, and sanitary systems for Air Liquide’s Gas Plant located in the Clark Special Economic Zone. With engineering services completed in 2009, the plant was built to service the new Texas Instruments manufacturing and testing facility. It was designed in accordance with the latest standards for seismic resistance and the US Green Building Council’s LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) Guidelines.
