The Anvaya Cove project is located along the highest ridge of Anvaya Cove in Morong, Bataan. Ayala Land, Inc. contracted DCCD for the mechanical, sanitary/plumbing, fire protection, and lift engineering design services of Buildings A, B, and C (now called Sea Breeze Veranda). These buildings are visible from the main entrance of Anvaya, along with the Golf and Sports clubhouses. From the Sea Breeze Verandas, these facilities are located about a kilometer down towards the beach.
From 2008 to 2010, DCCD provided various services such as technical evaluation; engineering design services of the slope protection and north loop road; updating of the master plan for the water supply, sewerage, and drainage systems; preparation of detailed engineering plans for Zone 2 utilities; a hydrology review and study; as well as a golf course drainage design review. DCCD also provided a hydrologic and flood study, a water resources study, as well as a flora and fauna study for the 160-hectare extension of Anvaya. As of 2017, DCCD is doing work for Buildings D and E.
