Envisioned to be an ecologically master planned and balanced community of low-, mid-, and high-rise developments, Circulo Verde is a 12-hectare, riverfront property located along Calle Industria Street in Bagumbayan, Quezon City. Developed by Ortigas & Company, Limited Partnership (OCLP), Circulo Verde embraces the concept of a town center with the essence and charm of a small town and the spirit of a big city. This quaint residential community is also home to Industria Mall and the country’s first signature bike park, The Bike Playground.
For the project, DCCD provided the conceptual master planning/preliminary engineering that led to the detailed engineering design of the civil works which included river protection structures and site utilities. With engineering services completed in 2012, this project was conducted in close coordination with the owner—OCLP—the master planner, and other consultants involved in the total development of the project.
