Together with Pacific Consultants International, Katahira & Engineers International, Nippon Koei Co., Ltd., and 9 local firms, DCCD played an integral role in the implementation of the 94.5-kilometer, 4-lane expressway connecting Subic, Clark, and Tarlac City, having provided the detailed design and construction supervision for the project. The engineering services for the Subic-Clark-Tarlac Expressway (SCTEx) were completed in 2007.
