Tarlac-Pangasinan-La Union Expressway (Tplex)

The Tarlac-Pangasinan-La Union Expressway, otherwise known as “TPLEx”, is a 4-lane, 88.85-kilometer expressway connecting the provinces of Northern Luzon to Manila via the Subic-Clark-Tarlac Expressway (SCTEx) and the North Luzon Expressway (NLEx). With engineering services for the project still ongoing as of 2017, DCCD was engaged by Private Infra Development Corporation to assist in project management and construction supervision as well as ensure on-time and within-budget completion, while considering overall safety and compliance to specified technical and quality specifications.
