Aptly named, Botanika Nature Residences is a mid-rise residential village composed of 3 buildings occupying a land area of 1.5 ha. Located beside the Palms Country Club in Filinvest City, Alabang, Muntinlupa City, Botanika Nature Residences is registered as a green building under the BERDE (Building for Ecologically Responsive Design Excellence) rating system developed by the Philippine Green Building Council (PhilGBC).
With engineering services completed in 2017, its impressive architecture and design takes on a refreshing and contemporary approach with first-class facilities and amenities to match. In a contract with Filinvest Alabang, DCCD provided detailed engineering design consultancy services for the mechanical, electrical, sanitary/plumbing, and fire protection systems of the project, with the inclusion of the auxiliary system.
