The Cebu Cordova Link Expressway Project is a combination of a causeway, long span cable-stayed bridge that will cross the navigable portion of the Cebu Strait and two viaducts and four low height bridges that will connect the Cebu South Reclamation area to the Mactan island in the municipality of Cordova. At 8.5 km, engineering services for the Cebu-Cordova Bridge will be completed in 2020, providing greater accessibility and connectivity by linking Cebu City’s industrial area to Mactan-Cebu International Airport in Mactan island.
Working alongside COWI A/S of Denmark, a leading consulting group with offices all over the world, and representing the Cebu Cordova Link Expressway Corporation (CCLEC), DCCD was tasked to provide project management services.
