A beautiful paradise haven, Crimson Resort & Spa Boracay is set to open its doors to the public in December 2017. Featuring elegant contemporary architecture interspersed with elements of traditional Filipino island culture, the resort and spa occupies 2.9 ha on the island of Boracay, Aklan. It features 190 rooms, a main building, a beach sports club, a chapel, a bar lounge, a spa, as well as back-of-the-house and offsite facilities.
In 2012, DCCD was contracted for the detailed mechanical, electrical, and plumbing, and fire protection engineering design services of the project. In addition, DCCD was involved in site development, having conducted surveys and a pre-engineering study. Engineering services for the project were completed in 2015.
