With engineering services to be completed in 2018, DCCD provided construction management and supervision support for the complete mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection services, which also included testing and commissioning works. Additional construction management services included the civil/structural and architectural aspects of the glass dome and crystal corridors found within. The glass dome is used for the indoor beach so that natural lighting may be used.
