RCBC Plaza

A known business address in Makati, the city that never sleeps, RCBC Plaza proudly stands at two towers of 42 and 45 storeys. Featuring a plethora of offerings from the Yuchengco Museum to the 450-seater Carlos P. Romulo Auditorium to DLSU’s Institute for Advanced Studies to banking facilities, retail outlets, a health spa, a gym, and more—its impressive interiors and structure never fail to capture the attention of guests and passersby alike. With facilities that are state-of-the-art, the Plaza was built with life-safety systems in place, its mechanical and electrical equipment along with its auxiliary systems all monitored by a central workstation through a digitally-controlled and monitored building automation system (BAS). Having employed the latest in engineering technology, DCCD was responsible for the detailed design of its mechanical, electrical, sanitary, and fire protection systems; the engineering services for this project were completed in 1997.
