Completed back in 2011, the Subic Bay Port development project included the construction of a new container terminal at Cubi Point and the rehabilitation of the NSD Area, Boton, Riviera, Bravo, Camayan and Nabasan Wharves, as well as the support facilities in Subic Bay Freeport Zone.
The Subic Bay Metropolitan Authority contracted the services of DCCD in a joint venture with Pacific Consultants International (PCI), the Overseas Coastal Area Development Institute of Japan (OCDI), Basic Technology and Management Corporation (BTMC), and Environmental Counselors, Inc. (ECI) for the detailed engineering design and construction supervision of the project.
